Payment Options
(ESA refers to Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account. Families do not NEED to live in Arizona to participate in online classes.)
Private Pay

Select a class/bundle/program.

Create a registration account for your family. (Each student's fees will appear separately.)

Save your credit card as the method of payment.

Credit card on file will be billed automatically based on payment plan selected.
ESA Reimbursement

After going through the Private Pay process, submit for reimbursement on the ESA portal using the "tuition/fee at a qualified school" category.

Receipts can be accessed in our registration portal. You will also be emailed an invoice.

*AZ Learning Communities is registered as a private online school. NO other documentation required.
ESA Debit Card

Save the student's debit card as the method of payment.

Debit card will be billed automatically based on payment plan selected.

Upload receipt to the ESA portal under the "tuition/fee at a qualified school" category.
ESA ClassWallet Vendor Pay

Go through the registration process until you reach the checkout screen.

Screenshot the cart AND submit photo to ClassWallet under the "tuition/fee at a qualified school" category.
